Purchased a new Picco .26 Red Dot and pulled the pull start in favor of the roto start. I've never used a pull start before so my first instinct was to give it a pull. DON'T DO IT! The wound up spring popped out of there and almost wrapped around my son's neck who was watching nearby.:whhooo: My fingers still hurt from putting it all back together. I laugh about it now but holy cow it shot out of there like a bullet.

I was helping my friend one time with his pull start. It came out when he took it off and the spring flew across the room. We spent probably an hour getting that thing back together and it kept popping back out when we almost got it back together.
