i know this aint rc related but I'm posting this in hope that somebody might can help.......i have this camera I've had since i was a kid that uses what most people call 16mm roll film which is actually 17.5mm.......the film is exactly the same size as 110 film but in a roll instead of a cartridge.......i was wandering if someone might know where i can get the film developed.........i have posted this in 3 different camera/photography forums with no luck..........a picture of the camera is next to a floppy disk & the camera is on a tripod made just for this camera and is really hard to find the tripod to buy one.........

yes it is...........exactly 2 by 1.25 by 1.25 inches..........each roll of 17.5mm film takes 10 pictures and the size of each negative is 10mm by 14mm (about the size of a medium size pinky nail)..........i hava another camera thats much smaller than this one (a little smaller than a quarter coin that uses a disk film about the size of a punch out of a paper hole punch...........thats another hobby of mine, collecting very small film cameras & taking pictures with them........dont take the place of my savage though............

WOW - now this is crazy. I spent the weekend going to some flea markets with my parents and we seen about 4-5 of these tiny cameras! Pretty cool looking!

Unfortunately I have no clue where to take them, have you tried a camera store in your area? You might want to try http://www.phototakers.com/forum/ - while I believe they are mainly digital I'm sure someone should be able to help you.

havent been to that link yet.........ill giver a try & see what happens.............thanks...........by the way the cameras you saw at the flea market I'm guesing had the name hit, arrow, cmc, crystar ? the one you seen in my picture is called a mycro.......it has several adjustable settings as where the others do not..........

found a developer for the film....the minox company in new york and another in cannada

Do they charge like a fortune for developing small film? I mean they have to have a monopoly on that market so i would say oh about 50 bucks a picture. hahaha. that would suck.

no...i think its fairly reasonable what they charge....they charge bout 12-18$ each roll of film.........they develope the film (negatives), make the prints and also put the prints on cd.......when you get it back in the mail you get the negatives, prints & cd.....they are a good photolab.........they can even take film that your grandmas mom used but never developed, say around 50 to 80 years old film, and still get a good print to come out of it......i seen that happen with a size 00 roll of film i found of my grandmas & she was in her early 90s when she passed........i was 14 then.....00 film hasnt been around in forever.....with the 17.5mm film i ues i only get 10 pictures a roll but 18$ aint bad for what you get..........
