Hmmm, the cheapest is not always such in the end. Remember that. It might be better to save a little to get a quality vehicle. I know you can get a DuraTrax vehicle RTR for around $220-$275. Around $275 you can get a HPI MT. My suggestion is to see what vehicles are more popular and more durable. My sugeestion would be to save around $400 and get a new Traxxas Revo. The Revo is an awesome alll around truck and is VERY durable. Good luck and welcome to RCNT.
You should really save up and buy a good one.. chances have it that you are going to keep this car for a long time... When i first entered this hobby I got a crapy rc and a crapy radio 6 months later I have to go buy another radio.. What I am saying is you should get a good car to start with. that why you wont have to buy a new car a year from now cause it sucks

ok thanks the ironic part is i saved up 300 dollars from birthays and mowing lawns i weent to my hobby town and i wanted this buswieser boat but i bought an mp3 player and some mem for my comp and now i got totaly into r/c racing and i wish i would have bought a nitro truck. every night when I'm listing to my mp3 player and using my comp i hit my head and call myself a retard.

Save your money and buy something nice that is easy to get parts for. I know a guy that bought a CEN monster truck and got it for a low price, bad part is everytime he breaks something he's down for at least a week waiting on parts. Traxxas and HPI are good manufacturers
You can convert an electric into a nitro but your better off just getting a nitro.
If a stadium truck like the RC10 catches your interest, they do make it in a notro. The RC10GT is one of the most popular stadium trucks on the market.
Have you thought about getting a used RC? If you look around there are some great deals out there. You have to be careful because there are also just as many not so good deals as well.
Have you decided if you want to get a 2 wheel drive or a 4 wheel drive?

Thanks i was looking at old nitros and i should probly get a new one my dad says. I like 2 wheel drive cause its so much simpler I have a Kosho optima mid
and with my new speed gems motor its is still slower than my Rc10 buggy and the Rc10 i think had better handling. I figured that once i get my Quarter scale runnin i could go to my dads work because he has a paint booth and paint some of the metal parts blue or something. Yeah i live in a very uptight neiborhood and i dont think they would like a quarter scale barreling down the subdivision plus the quarter can't go off road so i want a smaller nitro truck. thanks for your help!

THANKS wow that looks super super cool are they any good? For 135$ looks good i was looking for somthing like that!!!!!!!!! Its the price some kinda special offer thing or is it all year round? Are SMARTECS any good(heck it dont matter I'm gettin it!!!) THANKS again!!!!!!!
