Not sure how to remove the hub so I can replace the axle carrier. Bought the truck with upgrades on it already but new to the world of r/c trucks. Looking over the Traxxas website it looks like this is a custom part fitted? You guys hopefully know more than me :)

Pin cannot be pushed through as the hole for it is only on one side of the hub. Is this a case of drill it out and replace with new pin?

It looks like you have hub extenders on there the pin should only come out of one side, you may need to use a nail or a punch of the right size to tap it out, those extenders imo are junk

I found similar on ebay and yeah they do seem like junk. There is no hole on the other side to be able to tap the pin out, looks like once the pins are in then that's it they are in for good.

Do you have a dremmel tool? If so slowly grind down the opposite side of the extender untill the pin is visible and then you should be able to knock it through, then toss those things in the trash

I don't but I know a man who does. Thanks for the help. Guess I'll be needing new hubs then. Any suggestions? I know there are plenty on the market but well I'm still a noob lol

I have plenty of the plastic stock 14mm hexs and pins dude if you wanna go that route, otherwise ebay and your lhs

Many thanks again. I'm sure this won't be the last time I post noob question on here :)
