It has finally cooled off here in PHX Az. Got the savage out and blew the cobwebs off of it. After 1500 dollars I finally am able to drive it and appreciate the speed of the .26 outlaw. Now all I have to do is find a place that is cool to bash at. Any one in PHX have any recomendations? Aslo, I have extended chasis plates and am not able to pull wheelies, is this the norm? I am also running with zip ties as extra spacers for the rear shocks. Perhaps that is affecting the weight transfer as well. The truck screams, as it should with all the ka ching spent on it (upgrade, upgrade, upgrade). I realize that wheelies could grow tiresome but it would be a neat experience for me; kinda feel like something isn't right cuz it wont pull wheelies on demand like many of my fellow savage owners boast. It seems like it spins the wheels as if not enough traction with the stock tires. Might put the Joes back on and try again. Any thoughts?
cvds, titanium rear extended drive, failsafe, humpback, hitec5645, big joes, Picco.26, Nova head, roto start, extra tank, extended tvps, etc etc....
