Nitros Injection Systems?? are you for real??

Found these on the internet and wondering if these are like real NOS that you put in a proper car:

It says it injects nitrous into the engine and you can buy refills. I never knew there was such a thing for RC Cars, any one used one before?? know if they are safe and reliable??

O.S. is a brand of engine, and BL stands for brushless, as in electric conversion.
