Nitro sport throttle issue

i recently bought this RC used and i don't know what's wrong here, but the brakes don't work and it won't rev very high at all. here's a video of what happens when i give the car full throttle and then full brake

Your servo is definetly shot. Sounds like the gears are stripped out inside the servo. The only thing you can do is replce it. Sorry man. :\

That's what I was afraid of. This used car is getting to be way more expensive than a new one... Thanks for the reply.

A cheap servo will only cost you $10-15 and if you bin the car you can still keep the servo for other uses.
