When I start my car it wants to just go full throttle without me even touching the receiver, anyone know what could be causing this

your clutch springs need replaced. Possibly your clutch shoes too.

Take off the air cleaner and inspect what the throttle settings are before you even start the engine.
Agree with both points mentioned. One other thing is to make sure your throttle servo is trimmed correctly. If it's set too high, it may be opening the throttle more than it should without pulling the trigger. Not that it's ever happened to me

Is your throttle stuck open? Could be gummed up.
