I haven't driven my nitro in at least 5 years and it's giving problems. When I start it and apply just a little gas, the wheels won't stop. They stop when I hit the brake but continue when I release the brake. I tried adjusting the idle, high speed, and low speed. After I adjusted, it won't even start now. PLEASE HELP!!! :(

If your idle is set too high this will happen, but it sounds like you may have a stuck/broken clutch spring or shoe dragging in your clutch bell. I would yank the clutch bell and check out the clutch. If it's not that....you may have some junk in the carb/motor. You may want to tear it down and clean it all out if it's been sitting for 5 years. Probably a good idea to tear it down anyway ;-) 5 years is a LOOONG time for a Nitro engine to sit, even if stored properly.

Thanx...I'll see if that's the problem in the morning and let you know

Ok I feel like a noob. I had the wheel in my stater box backwards and I didn't turn the idle screw far enough :(

Happens to us all ;-) I was starting my engines backwards for my first 3 weeks! haha
