hi agian =(I'm was going to break in the rest of my axial .28 1s engine and have yet another problem.I was going to do the 4th tank and when i start it it idles fine and when i go half throttle it dies out=(

Could be too rich. Try leaning out the HSN a 1/16 at a time till you get better response. If you end up at a 1/2 turn and it is not getting better then it is time to start looking for an air leak.

I'm still breaking in my engine so I'm scared to lean the hsn.The last time i broke in a tank at a quator throttle and it worked fine. The only thing i did was clen the air filter, add some after run oil and put my piston at BDC

It's not bad to lean it out during break in. As long as you maintain the temperatures then you'll be fine. You don't need to have the perfect tune yet. Just lean it enough for it be still be rich for break in, but still be stay alive.

I agree with the above post, when the engine runs too rich it doesn't get hot enough to fully expand the metal in the sleeve. I prefer to just lean mine until it will clear the engine (not bog down) on a steady throttle pull, and stop leaning it there. Axial sends there engines out set WAY too rich. As far as the low speed needle, I havn't had to touch mine on my spec 1, and if anything it may just need to be leaned 1/16th of a turn. Anyway like I said it has always worked for me to lean it in hour increments until it will respond without bogging to a smooth throttle pull.
