Anybody else have Comcast? I heard they were gonna do us a favor but I wasn't holdin' my breath.

I have Comcast, and it is fast. are you saying they are making it quicker then it is already.

how much does Comcast cost a month? I got DSL and its a whole lot faster then my old 56K... :ha:

The wife pays the bills but if I am not mistaken, we pay around 100 and something but thats for cable and internet. Comcast is the way to go.

before you go posting these insane speeds know that all cable is capped at 2Mbs. when doing a speed test like you did you must first dump your cache of temp internet files. If you don't the test will pull local files and give wild speeds.
2cents worth of Cable and DSL trials

Yea I Know what ya mean but I just downloaded a 50mb file and I was pulling 1.2mb a sec for the whole download. I certainly satisfied with that... :)

Ok I am wrong, seems that Comcast is unleashing the beast in a bunch of towns. If I could only swallow the fact that I would need to move to Miss. for this speed! I don't wanna be a redneck.

Hey hunter go to DSLreports, Broadbandreports, or Speedtest web sites and they will have test sites to check yourr up and down speeds.Just mosy around in the sites and you can find it.
