Nitro Fuel Question

I have a schumacher XTR, I just put 20% wildcat in for a few runs. I just found out the manufacturer recommends using Dynaglow 10/16 or blue thunder 10/16. Can some tell me what the 10/16 means? I did a search and found blue thunder but nothing mentions 10/16.

Also can someone suggest a cheap place to buy the above fuel?

I think it is 10% oil, and 16% nitro.

You should be fine with the wildcat fuel. Do you know what the oil content of the wildcat is? I know they have a few different percentages of oil, 12, 14, 16, 18...
