At the very least it severely shortened the life of the engine.
I would not waste too much fuel or glow plugs trying to make it run. If you can get it tuned in pretty quickly, great. But if you can't seem to nail the tune no matter what you do to the needles, it's toast.
Seriously, you need to talk to your neighbor and find out if he did do this. That is flat out tresspassing and vandalism.
 
tell him if he doesn't like it then let him buy u an electric and keep the nitro for other places. I hate people like that though
 
There is always the nails proped up against the back of the tires on his car/truck/suv trick......or the recording of your truck doing wot runs...looped and played back through 3000W speakers from ..hmmm...7am to 9:30pm every day for a week....
 
Or you could stick the loudest exhaust you could possibly find onto it, then start driving it around his garden, that would really annoy him.
