That made it easier to pass on too, didn’t they do it earlier this year as well like June/July maybe and it was just kits? I was hoping the email was gonna be the optic kit shipped 😂

Husband - Don't you worry one bit, I'll put it together for you, and then I will run it on the rocks, to make sure it is fully operational, for your enjoyment. While' I'm doing this, you can video record me. We want everyone to see how awesome your gift is, how much enjoyment I have given you, and what a loving, and thoughtful husband you were so lucky to marry. Well if she gets on here after my funeral to sell some stuff, just low ball her and tell her they really didn’t cost very much new 🤣

I second that... I've had that little conversation with the wife. "Yeah, the kit is only $350"...
and then very quietly under my breath " plus $600 in tires, wheels, and electronics" Cough cough

Sorry, Brother, I meant to respond to this, and in catching up on the other comments, I totally forgot to. That is a nice haul, for sure, some nice kit in there. Just, not sure which package you purchased (I believe there were different tiers, with the most expensive being $350), but the value of this type of package rests with the purchaser. If you're happy, then I'm happy for you, and toast to your good fortune. If you are unhappy, I say we get out the pitchforks and torches, surrounding Reefs Corp, raiding them at dawn. My guess is, surely the CEO of Reefs, likely weighs as much as a duck, and we all know what that means. Witch!!

Point being, no matter what, we're with you, man! :wasted:

All good my friend! Yeah there was 3 different bundle packages, I went with the middle of the road one. It was $150. It wasn’t a terrible deal.

Not having any experience with Reef's tools, how do you find the quality of those Hex drivers? So far, my experience with everything I have used with the Reef's name on it, they have all been of the highest quality. My primary tool set that I use is an ever-growing set of Fix-It-Sticks, but I also have this Traxxas set, and this Dynamite set. Both have done really well, and are high quality, especially the Traxxas set. The issue with the Dynamite set is they are really small, so you have to use them in conjunction with the driver that comes with them. The Traxxas set I use those hex drivers with other tools, like my Dewalt and the Fix-It-Sticks drivers, which makes them very convenient, as I see the Reefs have that same functionality as well.

I have been looking at some ProTek and MIP tools, recently, leaning toward the MIP, as from everything I have read, they are the highest quality RC tools you're going to find, plus the ProTek do not come in larger sets, just in four tool bundles.
