I have a question.

I bought the Hitec 645mg. I installed it today. I took, out the kimbrough servo saver i bought for hitec servos, and of course, the screw would not fit the holes, so i drilled it out.
Done.
Then, after I centered the servo, and slid it onto the servo gear, i noticed that the hitec screw that came with the servo was a little to big to fit down in the hole of the servo saver.

And of course, I tried to alter this by drilling out the saver a little more where the servo screw goes, and broke the saver.

I ordered a new servo saver from tower today, the one where you drill your own hole... and want to know how in the hell am I supposed to fit the hitec screw down in the servo saver.

any assistance would be appreciated.

oooooo big man w/ the EXpenSIve stuff....man who do think we are here Trump????...LOL....that thing is just way off on price IMO.....good but espensive

I know... I know... I bought the pro-line one. It's amazing how rats flee a sinking ship isn't it? Pretty soon you won't be able to buy al bulks for a t-maxx anywhere.

I think GPM may have made aluminum linkage, and maybe GH, but I don't remember anyone but pro-line and UE having the servo saver as part of the linkage.

BTW, didn't you buy the pro-line one from me? I know someone did...

no I didn't get mine from you but I have 4 of them here...I'd sell one but they're sort of needed for another project on hold right now.......

I have, but I bought the plastic replacement parts and about $300 worth of other crap from them over the past 3 years. I'm not 100% sure if that $7 part is the kit or just the replacement plastic bits. I'm pretty certain it's just the plastic parts. I checked my order history and I bought the replacement parts there. The link in my order takes me to the link above.

I'd be willing to bet it's the replacement plastic, as well. I cracked the arm that the servo hooks to on mine and my set of replacement plastic from Stormer Hobbies was $7, as well.

Of course, if it's the complete kit, put me down for a dozen!
