umm... anyone... anyone...

Well i was thinking of this Futuba

I dont know much about radios but will this work for my maxx and do i need anything else, and why do some of these things come with servos, and it comes with
Pistol with crystal
Receiver with crystal
Battery box... WHY? can't i just use the stock
Switch harness ... WHY?

Thanks please help out.

That's just standard equipment with most radios..and yes you can use your stock battery box with all radios with a futuba J plug....

and the one I was looking at was the JR XS3 synthesized(aka no crystals) runs about 230... but i think it has a different plug than the stock radio...

Damn see i dont have that kind of cash right now but ill go with something cheap just as lont as it works.

you can always check fleabay for a reasonable price on an fm or maybe hit up on some of the locals and see if they have a good used for cheap. all of the new good ones start around $200 and up.
