I think I spotted the REAL reason Zandor likes it; the Hotel name (halfway up, left side).
Thats a nice looking painting.
Don't listen when people talk poop about your art. If you like it, its worth whatever you paid.
We collect art. Most of it is what we like and it winds up on the walls. We purchase other stuff on speculation but it stays hidden away till the time is right.
Do yourself a favor and spend for a GOOD frame. The frame will enhance your painting 10 fold if you choose the proper one. I have seen paintings that look good raw but look GREAT when they are in the proper frame.
Here is a shot of my living room. We have a matching set of 3 (HC) Serigraphs by Aldo Luongo hanging on the wall that match the one behind the sofa.
Brownie points for whoever can name the artist for the picture on the coffee table. (Shouldn't be hard)

Nice Painting Zandor man. The GF made me take down all my bachellor swag off the walls when she moved in. All the posters, neon lights, liquor/cigarette adverts, etc. I went from typical frat house dorm room to blah white walls. And I'm better for it. At least thats what she tells me. hahaha. This year we finally have the first thing weve hung back up on the walls and thats been curtains. Once were finally out of an apartment I can see us spending some $$ to properly decorate and such but its just not in the plans for now.
Eddy, your place is too clean. You need to invite us over to help you give it more of a "Lived in" look.... PARTY AT ED's HOUSE!!!!!!!

That rule stands here too... Just had new carpet and linoleum put in around the turn-of-the-year in the whole house. Now it's no shoes at all past the linoleum. A real pain in the butt when ya gotta leave in a hurry.
But, if it makes the carpet last longer (as the floor guy claims... hey, if he says so, it must be true), then I'm all for a little hippie lifestyle!

Move to my areaof OC. It's all Asian. Drive down the street and see every house has ten pair of shoes on the porch or by the garage-to-house door. I actually do the same (not wear shoes indoors) as we always did that as a kids. Mom's rules and all that.
