new motor problems

Hello I have a new 4.1 Hpi motor and it will not start. Good plug getting fuel.
I bought this new 2 months ago the 2nd time out the bearing went so Hpi sent me a new motor and it will not run. Thanks for any help.

Hi if new glow plug, there's fuel going inside the engine but still it will not start? Only factor left are the following:
1. Igniter not working
2. engine flooded(too much fuel inside)
3. carb not in correct setting ( adjust first on factrory setting)
4. your starter can turn the engine (pull start or roto start)
5. Can you fell the compression if you are stating the engine?
6. sometimes when the clutch already engaging or jam.

Thanks for the help. It was flooded and my drill didn't have a good charge.
