Just thought I'd share a few pics of the Dodge Ram body I painted the other night. Nothing crazy but I'm really happy with how it came out!!

Looks great. Do you really need to cut a hole in the windshield of a pickup body? The engine head is already sticking outside of the body?

Very nicely done. I did that same body about a year ago (now history) and couldn't bring myself to cut a hole in the windshield. I opened the the 4 grill panels and put diagonal window screen behind it.
Your's looks so good that I'm tempted to get another one.

How do yall get that nice crisp line between the two tones of paint. When i did mine it blead threw a little and doesn't look that good. what tape do yall use?

Thanks for the compliments guys!!! I cut the hole in the windshield simply because I'm not the best tuner and bash pretty hard sometimes so I don't want to take any chances overheating the 24.7 pro. I hated to do it but after the first roll over on the street yesterday I didn't feel as bad about the hole LOL!!

Fisherman, I just used painters masking tape for the stripes all the way around the body.I got it at Wal-Mart. After I cut and trimmed the body I cleaned it with dish soap and applied the tape and window masks. You just have to be carefully not to touch the inside of the body or handle the tape to much because the oils from your hands will make the tape not adhere properly and it will bleed

Looks nice and clean.

Just because the engine sticks out doesn't mean it's getting air flow. You should cut a hole in front of the engine in both the windshield and the rear window of the body to get the best flow through.

My S25 does not seem to run any hotter with the stock SS body on it and I did not cut any holes in it.
