Hi, I just bought a used 4tec with a .15 I'm new to nitro and everything seems to be fine other than when inlet hose is connected to carb it's like there's no back pressure to move fuel when I try to prime it. I did undo the hose from the carb and hit the button and gas comes. put it back on and no fuel moves? Since I just bought it and the guy said that it hasn't ran in a while I put everything back to break-in configuration. Must be something easy but need help. Thanks.

Crank it with your finger over the exhaust. Be careful not to flood it. Watch the fuel come up the line. Stop when fuel reaches the carb.

i have held my finger over exhaust to prime, still no fuel moves. i do know that the exhaust it's self has no leaks. when i do hold my finger on it i do see the fuel ripple from the exhaust coming through. but when i tried troubleshooting by taking off the line to carb i held my finger over the exhaust and started it and fuel came through entire fuel line. i put it back on the carb and the fuel that did get through started the car right up, but no more fuel moves to carb from the fuel tank?
