From what I can tell it is a 1/10 comp level touring kit!
I really like the servo layout and design. I myself am looking at getting one of these when they come out.
Here's what they say
"With it's ultra-low center of gravity and centered weight distribution, the Concept X will surely tear up on-road tracks all over the world. Designed in America, the X has a unique servo mounting system as well as an easy to setup suspension design. The rear of the car uses hingepins instead of pivot balls, allowing more precise toe-in adjustments as well as more adjustments for the roll center and anti-squat. No need for a setup station here anymore. With the adjustability also comes ease of maintenance: the rear diff comes out with the removal of only four screws. The front of the car is a standard pivot-ball design. Aluminum threaded shocks are bottom-loading, self-pressurizing, and extremely easy to build. "
