new fr.21's?

hey
i heard theres gona b a change in manufactures for fantom and that the new versions of there motors will be better and italian made.
does anyone know about this?
if so could you enlighten me on the situation... id like to kno if i should wait for the new fr.21's or go ahead and get mine now.
also...any fr.21 owners out there? anyone who can tell me how the curent versions are in racing and tuning and the whole lot?
