New ESC, I have $30... What can I get/what would you recommend??

Hey, I am looking for a new ESC, I have about $30 to spend. I want one that can go to at least 20 motor turn limit. I looked at the duratrax intellispeed ones, and those are good. But anyone else have ideas? Thanks.

$50.00 was the best "cheap" esc.
You won't find a real good one for $30.00 unless it's used.

I cannot save more. This is for a birthday present for one of my friends. My Parents are willing to spend around $30 max.

Then think about something else, a $30 dollar esc not going to be a very good esc at all, and I don't think it would make a good gift.

duratrax intellispeed. it's right around thirty dollars and I ran a 19 turn motor on it with no problem at all. (however it is rated for 20)

I gotta agree with the guys here that $30 bucks won't get you far with an ESC.
