I'm putting an lrp 28 in my revo and from the way people are talking it sounds like a new era bb mount is the way to go. Where do i even find one? already searced ebay

They are very hard to come by these days. I sold one a year ago and people were fighting over it like crazy. Like 2 Revo said.... just keep looking. One will pop up eventually.

I got mine off eBay for 20 bucks a few weeks ago. I still check eBay to see if another one pops up.

I had to call and ask Frank DeSimone if he could build one for my MGT 3.0 big block project and he did.Only took him a couple of days.He called me when it was done and I paid with c.c. over the phone. Here is New Era's# 1-603-888-4453.Just call and for Frank DeSimone, this is his email address for [email protected] this helps.

Good to hear. I kind of wanted to fiddle with my linkage since I was on vaca this week, but there will be a lot of time between when your done using my mount until I actually would run it in the spring.

At least I had time to go over my rig and realize I had busted both front/rear bulkheads, fried bearings in RPM carriers, fried bearings in both diffs and a few other neglected items. can't believe the ring/pinion gears are still holding up.

is there any other type of mount out there that would work? I've called and emailed new era evrytime i call no one answers and I've sent 3 emails and i get no response

I use the Ofna mount. And only problem I have ever had was when I used a 40t spur gear and cut my air filter..I currently run 17/36 and no problems. The New Era mount gives you room for more gear combinations. You can Dremel the holes out a little on the Ofna mounts and have a little more movement.

I have a friend with a big block revo conversion, he used the traxxas conversion. He dremeled the chassis some how so he could run a roto start and he is running a axial .32 on his. i will try and find out exactly how he did it. i to am wanting to build a BB revo. I hate starter box's.

Ya I was thinking about trying the traxxas mount and using whatever to get it to fit
