So a week and a half later and I have a brand new Maxx, now just have to wait until the weekend to break her in.

Run the new truck for the first time today got it all broke in, time to start the tuning tomorrow... Can't wait

Quick update, finished the break in, put 2 tanks through it, blew a slipper clutch... Bought a alloy slipper upgrade and put that in last night... Now the beast wheel stands on demand

That's exactly what happened to mine the cheap ceramic they use sucks

So I've had my ups and downs with this rig but its finally running right, after new slipper clutch shoes (fitted alloy ones), new clutch spring, a new carby and changing brands of fuel. However today while running in the backyard I managed to snap both front lower A arm hinge pins, and I was wondering if this is a common thing to happen or if it's just my luck. It seems as though just when I get it running right something else breaks.

the stockers are poo, look for a set of Lunsford hinge pins much stronger
also don't get the traxxas s/s hinge pin theyre not any better than the stock ones
