Got my HPI Savage 25 in the mail today and was like a kid in a candy store! Wont get it up and running until tomorrow because i need to get a few tools, but man it's a BEAST sitting beside my GT2. 1/10 scale? what's 1/10? Never heard of it, LOL. The tires alone on the Savage are as tall as the lid on my GT2! I dont know if I want to sell the GT2 now or use it as a speed bump, lol. The basher has officially become the bashee. Though it needs a good cleaning i got a few snapshots just for comparison.

NP! What mill does your have in it? I got my Savage from another member on here and it was shipped with a OS 30VG. From my understanding, I shouldnt have any issues with power from this mill.

I run an OS .30 in my CRT... Two gallons and still running strong!

Very nice Savy... I don't have one, but I heard they are as tough as nails.

It has a Picco .26 I think. I'm really excited! Have fun with yours.

I had the same experience when I first recieved my Savage and sat it beside my Nitro Sport. You think beast now, wait until you run it!

Thanks everyone. I was a bit bummed I couldnt run it today because I was missing a few allen wrenches (mainly a 3mm) but tomorrow it'll be running for sure. Gonna take it easy (as best as i can, lol) for the first few runs to get used to it. Then it's off to basher heaven for a few hours. Already have plans with a few ppl here in the area to gear up and head to that outdoor 1/8th track i been dying to run at. God, my face hurts from grinning so much and I havent even got it started yet!

I just got a HPI Savage 25 aswell if you think it looks like a beast wait till you see it go it's awesome and mine is completly stock. Enjoy :thumbup:
