If its a thin layer maybe sand it down smooth.
If it's a thicker layer try pressing a blade on it or scraping it and hopefully it chips off.
Those things has worked for me buy probably just by luck.

One of the most effective ways to remove super glue from plastic is to use acetone, which is commonly found in nail polish remover.
