The manual list them as 3x8mm washerhead self taping on page 2 of hardware parts list. It looks just like this one but the one you want has self tapping threads.

yeah, those are for mounting servos in a tmaxx.

I have a feeling the screws your looking for come with the servo.

If you do a search for the throttle servo mounts, it says to use 3x10mm screws (not included)...

The parts explosion for the maxx says 3x8, but I'd go with the 3x10's.

do yourself a big favor and get a screw kit.....you will eventually need backups too

I would reccomend the Hexcrews kit... it is awesome! The stainless screws are too easy to strip out...
