i have a savage x and i just tuned it and it does wheeles and stuff but it ran out of gas so i filled it up right way and then i started it and whenever i give it throttle it dies i dont know whats going on

is it normal to have like oil in the back of it just in front of the back bumper

yea mine does the same thing, just bought it havent broke it in or tuned it yet. when i start it it idles fine but when i go to give it some gas shuts right off.
 
Time for a new plug. Check that your exhaust seal is good. Richen the HSN and get some acceleration back from the LSN.
A new Savage after the quick factory breakin, is still not fully broken in.
Use the HSN to just get the truck to shift consistently. Then use the LSN for acceleration. You will need to back out the idle screw afterwards and lengthen the throttle slide linkage by turning the plastic balll cup out. Very minor adjustments.
