need help with carb on a 25

RC Driving Style
Ok I am trying to get a guys savage 25 running after he took the carb apart. I have a savage 21 and not sure on the needles direction as to closed or open the book says 4 turns from closed but when I go to what I think is closed the carb is about half throttle and if you go the other way it just never stops. I have the high side needle right but it is the low end and the idle that I am having the problems with. Thanks Matt
 
the way I do it is you have to hold the carb all the way open on your controler,then you turn the screw all the way in to the right then from there go four turns out to the left
 
Matt, Go to HPI's website and look through the FAQ pages. The low speed needle is adjusted in reference the idle needle position. They have some good pics and instructions.
