NASCAR and XM Radio ROCK!

This is the first chance I have had to tune into the NASCAR Drivers Chanel on my XM Radio during a race.

Got the TV cranked up along side the XM. Being able to hear the drivers chat with their pit crews is a treat. If you dont have XM its worth getting just for race day.

I wish you could tune into the ones you want.
How it works is the XM channel has a scanner going and they announce the car number thats talking at the time. It looks like they change the priority to the first 5-7 cars in the lead. If there isnt any chader they let the conversations from the other drivers play.

So you here the announcer say "07" then you hear the conversation. Just trying to listen to it alone isnt exciting. The best way to use it is to have it tuned in while watching the race on TV

when i was at the chicago race last year some dude at the busch race was sitting in front of us and we asked him what he was hearing on his radio .. he had an extra headset and let us listen for a while .. it was cool ... nice to hear what they are talking about ...

wish i would of had a set when stewart bumped kahne into the wall on sunday ....

it is cool to hear them talk ...

I watched the in-car cameras and radio on PPV. It was sweet because I would switch to it when Fox was airing commercials.

XM radio is pretty awesome. The only one that i have access to is the one in my mom's suburban... but my dad has a portable one...

well i am now a subscriber to xm radio ... so far i love it ...

i picked up the myfi unit ... great reception .. great stations ..

i got the MYFI unit ... came with everything you can think of ...

hook up for home , car , portable , ear phones , has a hard drive to store 5 hours of music , thing is amazing ...

Its a nice unit.
The only thing I didnt like is that it isnt truly LIVE when its not docked.
Other then that its awesome. I ant one!

man .. this is now my 2nd day with it ... tossed the car antenna up on the roof today ... got full signal ... placed the antenna in my bosses window at work here .. got full signal .. more i use it the more i like it ...

i can see another one in the future for the wife ....

can't wait for sunday ... check out the nascar ...

did you see that nascar signed with sirius for the 2007 season ...
