Let me know if you have a set of the old .15 Max A arms and diff. I'm trying to get some proper running gear for the 1/6 Humm-Vee, and that setup might get me the width I need.
If you happen to have an old max handy, give me a measurement from the closest point on each axle, not the overall width to the end of the axles. I have to figure out if it will work with the tires I got for it.

Rolex,

I may have a set of stock arms off the old .15 pro Tmaxx (Classic). I still have my old Tmaxx to if you still need to measurements. Shoot me a PM on exactly what you need

IF they are the original narrow early Tmaxx arms, I'll need a measurement from the end of one A-arm to the end of the other, with the diff connected in the middle. No guess work, but pinned in place.

ok ill go look Youll get pm in like 5 min

there 5" bolted in the bulkhead

and 4.5" end to end out of the bulk head

No, no. Not the length of each one, but the overall length from the END of one, through the diff to the END of the other.
In other words, what would the distance be to each of the wheel hex nuts on an assembled unit. I need to know the total width in order to figure out if that assembly, with my wheels and tires, will look right on a 1/6 build.

Starting to sound promising.
That 11 inches, is it with the unit laying flat? If you raise the diff to approximate height mounted with shocks, what distance do you get then?

Does this help you Ralph? Right at 12 1/2" when flat

Are they the old style NARROW arms?
When they are set at an angle that will still allow me to work out a new suspension system, how narrow can they go?

The angle can be greater, but I'm looking to keep it close, with the larger tires.

Ralph, don't forget that the Maxx also uses a 14mm hex, 2.2 rims will have a 12mm hex, so you will need an adapter to change from a 14mm to a 12mm hex. I know of ones made to go from 12 - 14, but I don't know of any that go from 14-12. You may be able to retro fit a 12mm hex to the maxx set up but I am not 100% sure.

they are they are the ones from the ORIGINAL .15 Tmaxx ill go measure again i think that they were 13 though let me check

my mistake WOOPS there 10.5 inches all the way across Let me know sorry for the inconvienence
