N301 - TnT #2 2024

2nd TnT of the season, and last before the season opener in 2 weeks. It was about 55 degrees at the start, and tough sledding. Around 2pm it got to the mid 60's, and we were able to make some ok passes. Missing a few racers due to work schedules conflicting. Ran some brushless cars along with the nitros just for fun. Times this day were a bit "meh". A ton of aborted runs due to traction loss for guys. Everything pretty much in the mid 2's. Invader 2 I was running at about 1/4 throttle until the track got hotter later on. I did make some decent passes with Hissed Off. Finally, Invader 2 I got to make a couple of full blast passes. The first one was untimed, but probably would have been the fastest of the day. The second one was nuts - the car wheelied on the bar for 100ft until I had to abort because I was drifting to the center and front wheels not touching the ground = no steering! After that pass, I just left that car alone, it's good to go for the season opener.

I got some no prep drag racing near me. Planning on checking it out when they have another test/tune day.

Nice looking site. Lots of open space. Looks like a slight uphill incline for shutdown. Always a good thing if you can find it. Good looking pro tree set up too. You guys are dialed for a great 2024 season.

Here's one of the videos, this was Hissed Off against one of the teammates running his brushless car against it. I was late on the tree but hit the nitrous and ran him down.
