Snook Man, are they fragile? I thought the beast was a pretty study truck. No bashing? Mostly grad in the yard. No jumps or nothing.

Here is a close up. Are they good strong a-arms? Another member already told me that they were installed incorrectly.

No not fragile, hard to get/replace if damaged and expensive…
The arms and knuckles are worth quite a few $$

@Snook Man You ever owned a hobby shop?

Never owned a retail hobby shop although my wife thinks I do.
Figure $25 per arm and $35 per knuckle used in good condition.

Lol. I don't remember the cost exactly, but I coulda sworn the costs on my builds were in the thousands so I rather leave them the way they are. You seem to know alot about r/c. I'm putting these rigs back together. I'll have a listof what i need to get. It should be a blast. Thanks for your input.

That's a possibility, the two trucks combined.. I think the total build cost of my shelf queen was close to $1400.00 bucks @ 14lbs, that's $100.00 bucks per lb. LOL

@Nitrotrout I have a couple of comments about my a arms being I.E. Racer X arms. How can I verify? I do remember buying the whole kit. As a matter of fact, I had enough parts to put together another truck with the parts that were left over from making The Beast. My other touch had a meeting with a curb, shot about 6 feet in the air. Front end was totaled. I remember taking the parts and having it put back together. I wish i could find all of that stuff.

Yeah, your best bet is check the UE website for comparison, and you can also see what they're worth.
If I recall, UE offered two suspension options. The Racer X and the EXT control arms.

On a side note, I had the Integy Super Duty Phase II (aka Racer X ripoffs) on my lovely queen.
Believe it or not these things are becoming rare and collectible in their own right. That's why I kept mine.:hehe:

Racer X front top view left, Integy front top view on the right.
Notice the Integy (knucklehead ripoff) shock tower on the right.
