My spur gear gets locked up in my Traxxas T-Maxx 3.3

My spur gear gets locked up in my car it’s a tmaxx 3.3 it won’t move at all unless I force it what should I do

Take it apart and investigate. The tmaxx spur should be free spinning until engine rpm causes it to catch.

When I get home in like a couple hours I’m gonna take apart the spur I will let you know

Could be a lot of things here. Take the engine out, see if the spur rotates freely. Make sure the clutch bell rotates freely.

Please help I have a tmaxx 3.3 with reverse I recently could not drive so I checked all my gears it was in my transmission it was the bottom gear I don’t know the name for the gear can someone please help me find a complete gear set or help me with the names of the gear it’s a black gear with 28 tooth pretty sure and it has a silver link in the middle
I have looked for ever and can’t find anything idk if I need a whole new transmission at this point

Hello I did that and I went into my transmission it was a stripped gear I can’t find it any where online can you help it’s a 28tooth idk what type idk the name of the gears it has a metal middle in the middle inside it’s. A black gear plastic

It’s not on there some reason it’s. Older tmaxx which reverse I talked to a hobby shop online and he said it was the gear that puts it in reverse but idk i will try to post a picture of the gear i can’t find it on that

No that is not it it’s flat on both sides just like that kinda 28 tooth

Do you remember where it was in the transmission?
Put the transmission back together and take a pic of the gear.
