it seams my good, up till now, hobby shop might be closing. things like being closed all week end. not open on monday. my friend that lives in the next block, is thinking of opening a shop. ask me to help run it. ?????????

If their closing its gotta be due to lack of business. My LHS close last year, they can't even come close to the Internets prices. Id be surprised if you guys did much business really.

Keep the overhead low and do it for fun. I've thought about running an ad for repairing rc's. But I don't like the idea of strangers comin on the property.

even if a guy has 3 rcs you still dont spend much. i spent most of my money on mods. my shop only got deleverys on wedsday. like you said internet has good prices. i think my shop bought parts from great plains. so the Q is why doesn't my shop buy from Traxxas? i tried to buy from my shop as much as i could. i could buy from Traxxas, but i want to support my shop. there is one rc co, that doesn't sell to people, they tell you to buy from your shop, i can't remember who they are.
