My second FMS, POS!!!!

The FMS Atlas came yesterday. Ordered it last week after unboxing that beautiful looking atlas I turned it upside down. I I noticed one link going from the top of the of the C-hub that was disconnected. I looked at where the links were connected, and that particular link that goes from the top of the sea hub to the chassis bracket was broken off. I couldn’t believe it brand new?? I immediately took pictures of the broken piece that came off the chassis and was broken from the chassis and with hanging from this link from the C hub!!!! I took pictures
of the broken piece. If that Atlas was
Quality Controlled, that broken part
Would’ve been noticed by a QC inspector, but since they have no inspectors there whatever goes through goes through and I guess they try to stick the American people with the broken products I sent them an email to support @fms.com, I’ll keep you posted as to what FMS is or isn’t going to do? I like to ship the whole thing back and get a brand new one just like this one is brand new but one that’s not broken. Thanks for reading it.

Geez, I hope so, no more FMS for me, Traxxas was always good, when I bought my Baja 5B in 2006 when they first came out, HPI also had great customer support, now I am
dealing with a crappy POS company, they better make good on that POS Atlas. I even ordered it directly from FMS so it WOULD be warrantied.

I will be surprised if they don't take care of you. They are usually a pretty stand up company. I understand your frustration.
