Just got back from the powdercoating place, the arms and rear bumper are going black.

And yeah the pipe defiantly needs somthing done to it aswell, not only because of it rusting, but also because it just doesn't look good under the hood lol

I own a 97 Arctic Cat Powder Extreme 600 tripple, 2011 sno pro 600, 08 and 07 m8. And some others. I love powder sleds and riding in the deep stuff with my long tracks. I also race snowcross. one more thing you should check out backcountryrebels.com its the sled version of rcnt.

1 More thing since you got it apart I would check for cracks on the bulkhead and motor mounts. And replace worn rivits.
