Put this together from ground up. Was up and down about selling it the whole time but found I really like it. Does pretty good off road. I am happy with it.
Some info about, typically Summit except has the Slayer Suspension conversion for a much more narrow stance I like it. For a power plant I am running the Dewalt 14.4v drill motor, so much more torque than the stock 775 a little slower top speed but Speed and the Summit just don’t go together. Running Venom 2s 5000mah Lipo 20c with LVA. I did the Twin Velineon system on one of my other Summits had nothing but problems, heat was very excessive even with 14t pinion one motor locked up and one ESC went into melt down.
Here are a few pictures.
what I started with
Slayer a-arms, push rods, ect...
All ready just waiting on my motor.
A photo with the 40series Mashers just to compare.
What is looks like now.
RMP and Pro line Masher 2.2 wheel and tire combo. Modified the stock Wheel bearing carrier a little to make it fit the wheel how I wanted but I love the truck.
Here is a video I put together kind long slow and boring but was the first one I made. Couple of good parts but I dident realize the area was Salt Water I normally stay away from water but.. Really did a number on my truck.
