My car loses connection not far at all! help!

I have an exceed 1/10 scale rtr so a 2.4 radio system. I have set the fail safe to brake and my car just randomly breaks close to me! I don't get why this happens so close! Anybody elese have this problem??:buggy1::redbuggy:
This does happen with new batteries.

Is this a new car? Can you still return it? How far from your nitro engine or electric motor is your ESC?

I have had it since christmas and its nitro. I have no antenna pipe on it now i will be getting one very soon but my engine and receiver box are 3 in away.

I'll bet that's your problem. You can use a windex straw out of a bottle of glass cleaner in pinch.

If a new tube doesn't fix your issues, then you my friend have a case of the glitches.
