Will the CB, flywheel fit a OS 18 cvr? Its on a MT2.

Probably not. The RR CB was made for a Savage 25 motor, which is a big block motor. I could probably get you the diameter and you can check with yours.

I get 28mm using a regular ruler. Don't have a measurement gauge.

Are the tires standard Maxx size? Are the HPI wheels actually 14mm?

Oh oops, I meant 14mm, sorry. But yeah, I believe it is standard Maxx size. When I bought it the tag said "Pro-Line Crime Fighters MT", and I suppose MT means monster truck. It's actually 6 spokes, not 7.

Have the tires ever been glued? What condition are the wheels?

They have been glued, but I boiled them off. The wheels have only been used for one bash session, which lasted for probably 20 minutes. Mostly drove it on grass.
