The engine isn't new. Has about 6 tanks total through it.
It has nuts!

All done!
I used the spoke rims because a paid a fortune for them a while back, and just had to use them.

lol.. You suck... There was a shortage in yellow dye across the globe, making those rims/wing collectors items.. Consider yourself a lucky fella...

Thats funny, I don't feel lucky.
I just saw some guy selling them for dirt cheap on this very forum.
Hey wait!

Just bustin your balls.

Looks sweet Ratzo!

All thats left for me is one servo still needs to be mounted, and the linkages. Then I am done as well. Hopefully I will have the radio tomorrow too.

Show a pic when it's done.
I'd like to see your work.

Its almost done. I got the radio in...just hafta hook that up and do the linkages. After looking at my friends X-Terminator the COG on these buggies is incredible. The servos are sooo low. Pics tomorrow...

It's painted up, and ready to rock.
Don't hate the paint.
I go through a lot of bodies, so the paint jobs for myself are quick.

And I always have an RCNT sticker or two.

Cool paint job Ratzo. I really hate how the body won't fit with most headers. I think it may fit with the 086 pipe I have.

I am still not done, but no pics for a bit. My puppy chewed the cable becuase I was stupid enough to leave it hanging on the ground :(

My dads special 1 is done! I still can't get pics cause of that damn puppy haha. I decided to put my Vantage CF pipe on to go with the B3's low end power. Should be a killer low end combo. I got Mr. T-Maxx's radio in and it works great. He said it was used...but looks brand new to me. All thats left is the paint job. My dad is doing the body, he got some blue and silver paint...idk what he wants the design to be yet tho. I'll get some pics up whenever I can.

Ok guys,

I really got to let the buggy go and see what it can do. I am no a believer in pro level buggies. The Special one exceeded my expectations of how a pro level buggy would handle buy a lot. I could not let the buggy let go. It just grabbed, hard. The LSP I have (for sale) handles great as well but its a whole different animal with the MP777. The LSP slides around the corners and will not roll over at all. The first 5 minutes of driving the thing I must have rolled it 40 times. THe badlands tires would not slide at all, after I got used to it and eased on the steering wheel I was blown away with its performance.

Also, for all those people who think that by getting a cheaper big block they can keep up with Italian .21s, I don't think so. The Wasp .28 powerd LSP I have would not keep up the B3 powered MP777. The B3 also lasts literally twice as long as a .28 on a tank.

So I'm assuming you like driving 1/8 buggies more than Truggies? I'm wondering whether I should dump more money into my Revo, go with a SP2, or go with the SP2 and the Mugen truggy conversion. :hammer:

I have been always tempted to pick up a 777 or MBX-5 but atm I am hooked on on-road.

Can't go wrong with a SP2 or even 1 which I (my dad) have. I like driving them both. The truggy is impossible to roll over, but the SP1 feels much nimble and manuverable. Diver was hooked on on-road, now he has a Revo a TTR I think. :) I started off in on-raod, but didn't have any great place to drive em.

I have no idea. Rt. 106 Raceway I think it is, is the only track I have heard about in NH. I think they have a web site.

I still am very much up to my earlobes with onroads. That will never change. Fall is fast uon us and so is the indoor electric season where I will be doing 1/12 pan car and 1/10 touring. It's the only way to keep your game up. While the others are siting back letting their driving skills stay unused, both sl0eg1n and I continue to step up our game and stay sharp.

My TTR EB4-S3 buggy is very much race ready. That's the only reason I went into offroad with bugggies .. because I'm going to be racing with it, not bashing. Now with the arrival of my Revo ... I have someting to bash around with. It's too slow for my taste so in goes the RBTM323 this week. I'm not even going to think about keeping the tired 2.5r. It's not fast enough to keep me happy. The REVO is a dream to drive but I need more engine performance.

Thats cool that you are into both on and off road Diver.

I am getting a Revo soon and plan to upgrade the engine come christmas :) Dunno if I'll be able to go all out with the RB but maybe a .18TM ot TZ or somethin. I am still in search of a track for the SP1. After seeing how it handles I'd really like to try racing it. I'd really like to just go to the track and just try it out before I race. Not really prepared for competitive racing. I hope to build my own track sometime soon, probably next spring/summer I hope, but I doubt that'll happen.

Personally, I do think that the RB is a bit much for the Revo but I also know that if I ge the 18TZ, my eyes will still be looking at that RB. I won't "settle" just because I know where my heart is and seeing that the price is just right and competative with the 18tz,it was a good way for me to go.

I know this thing will be lifting it's nose a lot but hopefully, I can find a happy medium between idle and full throttle ... LOL.
