This is going together easily.
This is the SP2 chassis with the rear assembly.
Not to start on the front.

Looks good ratzo, I added a set of Dragon Racing CNC Machined chassis braces cause I don't like the ball joint ones, plus they look cooler haha. My next step will be the steering, then the center diff/drivetrain :) They do go together pretty easily. The only think I don't like is how they organize the screws. I spend most of my time searching for the right screws haha.

The quest for finding the correct screw does suck the big one.
I think that they do it to annoy us.
Kyosho is the only car and buggy I run so I'm used to building there kits.
Except for my MGT.
I'll add the braces later.

Here's a few thing that you never want to use when building a new kit.
"Vise grips"
"Channel locks"
"Heat gun"
"Cutting tool"
I was putting an allen head screw in with my Dewalt cordless. (I'm lazy).
It sent the screw in very hard into a threaded shock mount, destroying the head of the screw.
I couldn't leave it like that even though it was in for good.
Well, the rest is history.
I had to get it off the shock stay.
Just got done.
I love wasting time. If I wasn't lazy in the first place......

Let's see more pics.... Cordless drill???? Ya lazy bastard... lol
I tore down & rebuilt my first Tmaxx with the "L" shaped allen keys... That SUCKED....

Looks sweet. Your at the exact same place my dad and I are in the build. You had a Sirio K3 engine didn't you?

Yes. I'm taking it from the K3. Pipe and all.
I'll get something else when I have the $$.

whenever you use a power tool to assemble your RC's, make sure it has a clutch on it and its best to not run it all the way down. get close and finish it by hand. of course, you realise this now ;)

Ha ha. I knew of this trick long ago.
What happened was I losing my grip on the drill. I grabbed the drill harder to keep it from falling, and hit the trigger.
Excuses excuses....

I do it all by hand...stripped out too many screws...even with a clutch haha. I like to use a ratcheting screwdriver.

We need to get together once your rig is finished.. I gotta get some fuel through the Mugen. I can't let it sit any longer.... It's killin me...

killin you?!? its killing all of us looking at that super sweet racing rig suffering on top of a shelf. get those rigs broken in for the bash, its about 1 month away.

I know this is off topic, but TJ I love your avatar! I feel like doing that sometimes when the computer is pissing me off!

If all else fails, I have my new K3 sitting on my shelf, ready to rip.

Diff is in.
