Anyone here try both? My steering is still a bit loose due to the play on the bar between the two posts on the MP servo saver. Also, can I use the same bearings on the HPI one as I have on the MP servo saver?

The bearing you can reuse. I have tried both and the Cam type is better in my opinion. Others will say otherwise. I have tried the Aluminum type, the Ofna MP one and then the Cam type. Your choice. THere are ways to increase your steering like grinding the axle carriers in certain spots. The steering for mine is great.

I already shaved the carriers with a hobby knife and I got the scar on my wrist to prove it. :) The steering is just loose on the MP setup I have. Since you tried both, I will try the HPI one on your recommendation.

On the HPI one you can adjust the spring tension and also the HPI one doesn’t rub on the diff housing like the MP one does. IMO the HPI cam type is better.

yeah my MP one rubbed on the diff as well. That was what turned me off to it. I just let it go. I like the idea of the tension holding the steering rack in place not wobbling.

HPI cam is much better than the OFNA kit. No slop with the HPI kit.

definitely go with the cam servo. its was designed to take out the slop in the steering. only bad thing about it is, it does not come with bearings. you'll need to get those...
