isnt that a sign off a messed up 1 way bearing when i push the ezstart butiton to start my tmaxx 3.3 the whole trucks moves like its driving and i can't roll it backwards

Clutch spring is broke or your shoes are wore out. Could be the bearings gone bad in the cb also.

prob shoes just got the cb last week i was outta runnin it it died and went to restart and it started moving

Did you replace both bearing's in the cb? If so it is more than likely the clutch spring broke that holds the clutch shoes together.

yes i did i bought bearings with the cb and ill tear it apart tomorrow and check it out and what normally makes em break tho

The spring in there is about 1/16 in diameter and it gets hot and expands over and over and eventually just gives out. It's not a bad design I usually replace my clutch shoes and spring along with the cb bearings about every 2 gallons of fuel and I have only had the clutch spring break on me one time in that time spann. Traxxas makes a 3 shoe clutch kit but I really have never experimented with that since I don't have that much trouble with the factory clutch design.

yea my bro tried the 3 shoe setup and it wore down fast its a waste of 30$ also y does my tmaxx seem faster with truggy tires on it and not my other 1s both sets r 5.9"

Got me unless it just seems like it's going faster. I w

I wouldn't think a different tread design would give you more speed maybe better traction for sure but more speed I'm not sure of. Especially if there exactly the same size.

no its deff faster and pulls wheelies on demand with em and not my others

Awesome! My revo will pull wheelies easier and handles different with a street tire than a off road tire but thats about the only difference I can tell with my tires.

prob what it is I'm just reallu use to running off road tires and these r street

are the tires the stock size? or are they smaller? if they are smaller it automatically makes more torwue and in turn will pull wheelies alot more

well i just read thay are the same size but it could be that the buggy tires are softer and offer more traction than the off road tires and thats causing it to pull wheelies more often

Most truggy tires are going to be lighter than the heavy treaded MT tires. Lighter means faster and easier to get the wheels off the ground.

took it apart and spring was just off not broke put it back on and it works perfect now :) thanks guys
