Hello everyone, I have this buggy http://www.rcuniverse.com/magazine/article_display.cfm?article_id=941 and was wondering if I could take the motor out of it and put it in a losi, associated, hpi or any other well know brand of buggy. The reason I'm asking this is because I would like to find a roller in something that is easier to find parts for, and the motor that I have in it is still very strong. Thanks

It shouldn’t be difficult at all to swap the Vertex .26 into just about any buggy/truggy platform.
You may need to tweak a few things but buggy/truggy platforms are the easiest as far as engine swaps.

Possibly so. I'm thinking that any 1/8 scale buggy will accommodate your engine. You may have to change the engine mount and clutch flywheel and cluthbell to fit the brand of roller you get.
