Motor slop

I took my slipper apart last night and noticed that the ring thing that the bearing sits over whats shot, no biggy, I'll buy a new one, its comes with the shaft btw. Anyways, I noticed that on my motor where the shaft comes out, the shaft was against the side of the hole, so I took it apart and the bearing is still in there but thats all I see, what am I probably missing?

The longer gold peice maybe?

Ummm well it appears I am missing one of those long spacers? How did I lose one of them lol. Guess I'll pick up a rebuild for it. Thanks Robmob.

It would have have to be missing from the factory.
