Motor Question!!

Hey guys, i will be soon be getting a new modified BB Team orion motor. For breaking in this motor, can i use 2 AAs and just let it run until the batteries die without submerging it into water? After the dry-break in process, do i have to clean the motor out and relube the bearings? Also if my motor doesn't spark, does that mean the brushes are seated properly? THANKS!!

can't anser your ? but i was wondering why you chose a brushed motor or a brushless? just wondering and what are you running it in?

I'm not really ready to go BL yet, and i'm running it on a XL-5 Stampede

What all do you need to go brushless and do you have pics of your new motor or a site i could check out? sounds nice

Umm i don't have pics of the motor but you could google it

Your better off submerging it in water, it wont hurt the motor and its easier on the brushes and helps them seat better.
