Most Powerful Engine

which engine is more powerful the OS 30VG or the SH.28?
The SH.28 says it has 3.5hp and the OS 30VG has only 3.0hp
Which one would be better for my XTM Mammoth?

I'd vote O.S. Peak Horsepower ratings are not the way to determine, 'which is the most powerful'.

The O.S. has low-end grunt and pull through mid-range, where a heavy truck like the Mammoth needs it. The SH is absolutely no slouch and tosses around trucks, too, but when O.S. goes out and designs a truck engine, it'd be hard to find any engine to top it.

I'll vote for the O.S. as well. Both engines are decent but I think the O.S. will have a bit more power and last longer too most likely. The O.S. has been on the dyno and is very torqy.
