Did not paint the winch thing, they are part of the sticker set that comes with the lid. The designs were just cut out of sticky back paper and stuck on the inside until sprayed, then peeled off and oversprayed with another colour.
Read a lot on here about how hard it is to find the Rubicon body over in the U.S.A, but in the UK its just another body and all LHS have them in stock.
Skid lid number 2 is almost ready for the spotlight so it had better not become camera shy. Later

Dogpile this is a great looking lid. Has a definate European look to it. Painted nicely. You should think about buying some rubicon lids and selling them on ebay you would do well if they are a dime a dozen over there.
